7. Subscription and Fees

You may not use Uhob for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include sharing harmful, illegal, or infringing content, disrupting services, violating privacy laws, or using Uhob-generated content in discriminatory or unethical ways. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property. All content and software on Uhob are owned or licensed by Uhob GmbH. User-generated content remains yours, but by uploading, you grant Uhob a license to operate and display your content. Output is licensed as per your subscription plan.
10. Service Interruptions
Uhob GmbH may suspend services for maintenance, force majeure, security incidents, or other justified reasons. We aim to restore services promptly but are not liable for resulting losses.11. License for Service Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Uhob. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution is prohibited. Feedback you provide may be used without compensation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Uhob GmbH is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the six months before the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Uhob GmbH against claims or damages resulting from your use, breach of terms, or rights violations.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany. Informal resolution is encouraged before legal action.

1. Definitions
Uhob Video is a standardized short video with a maximum duration of 30 seconds, produced in accordance with the Uhob Standard for use across booking platforms and related digital channels.
Shots are individual video segments that form part of an Uhob Video.
2. Scope of production
All productions follow the Uhob Standard, including defined structure, audio rules, technical requirements, and visual guidelines. Custom concepts or deviations are only included if explicitly agreed in advance.
3. On-site coordination & accommodationFor on-site preparation and coordination, accommodation for the Uhob Coordinator must be provided by the hotel for three (3) nights, including catering.Depending on logistics, accommodation for the videographer for up to one (1) night may be required and will be communicated in advance.All related accommodation and catering costs are to be covered by the hotel.
4. Access & preparation
The hotel must ensure access to all agreed filming areas and prepare all spaces in a clean, presentable, and representative condition at the agreed time.
5. Guest & staff communication
The hotel is responsible for informing guests and staff about the upcoming production in advance and ensuring internal coordination during the filming process.
6. Production & editing
Footage is captured during a single shooting day per hotel unless otherwise agreed. Editing is completed within the agreed timeframe and provided for review. Minor adjustments, such as clip selection or music changes, are included.
7. Distribution & updates
After approval, Uhob Videos may be distributed on booking platforms and can be centrally updated in accordance with the Uhob Standard.
8. Compliance
All content must comply with the Uhob Standard. Content that does not meet the defined requirements may require revision prior to publication.
