By accessing the features and services of the Uhob platform ("Uhob"), provided by Uhob GmbH and its affiliates (collectively "we", "us" or "Uhob"), you ("user") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("terms") and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use or access Uhob.
1. Application and Acceptance of Terms
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Uhob GmbH regarding the use of Uhob and related services. By using Uhob, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. When using any specific service of Uhob, additional agreements, policies, or notices may apply. By using such services, you agree to the relevant terms. Uhob GmbH may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.In case of translation, the original German version governs unless stated otherwise.
2. Services Provided
We offer cloud-based tools for video processing, publishing, and distribution to booking platforms. Features and services are subject to change and development.
3. Who May Use the Services
You may use Uhob if you are of legal age and not restricted by local or international law. If acting on behalf of an entity, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these terms.

Please refer to our privacy policy for information on personal data handling under GDPR and other laws. By using Uhob, you consent to these practices. 5. Account Registration and Management
To access core features, you must register and provide accurate data. You are responsible for your account and must report any unauthorized use. Data is deleted or anonymized upon termination as per our privacy policy.
6. Account Security and Verification
Keep your account credentials secure. Unauthorized use, transfer, or sharing is prohibited. Verification may be required. Non-compliance may limit access or result in account termination.
7. Subscription and Fees
Some services require paid subscriptions. After any free trial, charges apply unless canceled. Subscription auto-renews unless opted out. Fees and billing conditions will be disclosed, and you are responsible for managing your payment method. Refunds are generally not provided.
8. Code of Conduct
You may not use Uhob for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include sharing harmful, illegal, or infringing content, disrupting services, violating privacy laws, or using Uhob-generated content in discriminatory or unethical ways. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property. All content and software on Uhob are owned or licensed by Uhob GmbH. User-generated content remains yours, but by uploading, you grant Uhob a license to operate and display your content. Output is licensed as per your subscription plan.
10. Service Interruptions
Uhob GmbH may suspend services for maintenance, force majeure, security incidents, or other justified reasons. We aim to restore services promptly but are not liable for resulting losses.11. License for Service Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Uhob. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution is prohibited. Feedback you provide may be used without compensation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Uhob GmbH is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the six months before the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Uhob GmbH against claims or damages resulting from your use, breach of terms, or rights violations.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany. Informal resolution is encouraged before legal action.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
Each Uhob Video has:
Has a maximum duration of 32 seconds
Includes drone footage (where legally permitted)
Includes licensed background music
Is produced in compliance with the Uhob Standard
Is optimized for streaming across connected booking platforms
Production models may include:
Full production by verified videographers (called "Uhob Pros")
Hybrid production (Hotel interior footage + Uhob aerial footage)
Upload model (Hotel submits existing footage)
Uhob retains sole editorial control over structure, pacing, sequencing, music, formatting, and technical optimization.
All content must comply with the Uhob Standard.
Uhob reserves the right to:
Edit, adapt, or decline footage that does not meet quality or structural requirements
Adjust formatting, compression, and technical specifications for infrastructure compatibility
Refuse publication if content conflicts with platform integrity
Revisions are included without numeric limitation, provided they align with the Uhob Standard.
The final Uhob Video is owned exclusively by Uhob.
Uhob grants the Hotel a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to:

Use it on the Hotel’s official website
Use it on the Hotel’s owned social media channels
The Hotel may not:
Share the Uhob Video with third-party content distributors
Provide the Uhob Video directly to booking platforms
Upload the Uhob Video independently to OTA systems
Use the Uhob Video within competing distribution infrastructures
Uhob remains the exclusive distribution layer for booking platform streaming.
All Uhob Videos are centrally hosted and streamed exclusively through Uhob infrastructure.
Hosting is mandatory.
Hotels may request updates or deletion of their Uhob Video at any time.
Uhob may technically modify files for optimization, compatibility, or performance reasons.
Uhob enables integration with booking platforms. However:
Uhob does not guarantee that any booking platform will embed, display, or maintain the Uhob Video.
Distribution decisions remain solely at the discretion of third-party platforms.
Uhob operates its streaming infrastructure with commercially reasonable efforts to ensure high availability.
Service availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure dependencies.
The Hotel is responsible for:
Providing necessary property access
Ensuring filming areas are presentable and operational
Informing Uhob of construction, closures, or restrictions
Securing internal permissions
Ensuring that no misleading representation of the property occurs
Liability allocation:
Drone operation liability rests with the commissioned videographer
Copyright compliance for production elements rests with Uhob
Claims relating to misrepresentation of hotel facilities rest with the Hotel
Commercial conditions, including pricing, scheduling, payment terms, and cancellation policies, are defined in the individual production agreement between Uhob and the Hotel.
Uhob shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Governmental restrictions
Airspace limitations
Natural disasters
Strikes
Infrastructure outages
Uhob operates as a content infrastructure platform.
Production services are provided to enable standardized integration into Uhob’s streaming ecosystem.
Uhob Videos are infrastructure units within a centralized distribution system and are not standalone transferable media products.
Uhob is building the central video infrastructure
